Try @Firas Sweets. Their knafeh and other Arabic sweets are to die for. Very authentic and great pricing! Always a must have at family gatherings.
Where can I buy the best pair of jeans?
For a great price and great fit, @American Eagle Outfitters is the best place to go. They last long too. However for designer jeans try @Aïzone they will look better, perhaps even fit better but way more expensive.
Where can I find proper head scarves?
I just bought a bunch of jersey cloth hijabs from @Hanayen - حناين . They were about 100 AED each and they are great for everyday use. They don't have patterns on them as well, which is a mega plus.
Where can I find good Jordanian mansaf?
My sister and her friends love @Rawabina and their mansaf. Their food is very authentic and homestyle-like. Try their lentil soup while you are there too.
Where can I go for a Day trip away from the city?
My parents and I went to @Bab Al Shams Desert Resort & Spa. It's only about a 35 minute drive from Motor City. It's a very traditional and bedouin style 5 star hotel where you can swim, have a lunch buffet, and I believe go horse back riding all in one day. There are some other activities as well depending on the day of the week.

I have personally purchased the weight watchers granola bars to snack on at work at @Geant Easy Arabian Ranches. I am sure they carry other weight watchers products, as well as @Spinneys
Where can I take a date out to?
I think nothing says I love you more than having dinner at @Burj Khalifa with the beautiful cityscape at night, high in the sky. It's also not an everyday thing you get to do !

For an all ladies spa and swimming pool, try @Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. My sister went there and her breath was taken away! Also with your entry fee includes a free mani/pedi.
Where can I find a kids friendly hotel?
I've had friends with kids stay at the @Jumeirah Beach Hotel, and loved it. Wild Wadi and the beach are right next door! The restaurants on Jumeirah Beach Road are non stop, whether it's fast food, traditional or American. You are pretty much in the centre of the city so all the tourist sites are close, and activities at the hotel are endless.

I like the ones from @iStyleApple Premium Reseller since it's the closest thing Dubai has to an Apple Store.

Where can I find the best masseuse?
I personally enjoyed my massage @The Nail Spa in the Arabian Ranches Golf Club. While I was getting my manicure and pedicure, there was a third person who did a 20 minute shoulder, neck and scalp massage. It was discounted too because I was already there for another treatment. Best customer service too.
