Ok there are 3 really good options here in Amman, the first one is @Qasid Arabic Institute where I took classes so I can tell you first hand they are amazing, but downside they are quite expensive. The second option which I have had several friends try is @French Institute which is great because they offer flexible times and are very reasonably priced. The last option is if you are looking for something besides just learning Arabic, then check out @Jadal which I have also taken classes from them… they offer 3amiyeh classes that encompass cultural aspects as well like cooking and music, they are in the middle in terms of pricing from the other two. @Jadal for Knowledge and Culture have courses to teach ammiyah Arabic as well as a little about the culture through food, music and other activities.

@Ahlan Jordan for Arabic Language is really good. They have both colloquial and standard Arabic courses.
