Rainbow Cinema Street - Lots to do here too! I suggest the following places: @Falafel Al Quds , @Rainbow Theater, @The Good Book Shop (you can go sit down, pick any book out and read), @The Royal Film Commission Jordan (you can watch films from their library and it's a really cool place to see), @Wild Jordan Center and @Nabad Art Gallery (both right off Rainbow St.), @Gerard Ice Cream !!, Dunide Gallery, @La Calle , @Arcobaleno for pizza... In the summertime on a friday there's Jara Market. There's this new place @Sufra that serves homemade Jordanian food too. There's absolutely so much to do on that street it's amazing.

i know about the outdoor amphitheater @The Royal Film Commission Jordan with it's large screen and high quality sound system. Usually used for watching movies from all over the world and discussing them afterwards. The view is quite sweeping of old downtown Amman and the Citadel.
