I've seen some teenagers as young as 14 @Power Hut if you're at least that age you can go there. When I was under 18 I would go to @Flex Fitness Center but that was quite a while ago.

Go to @Power Hut. You can get great trainers there, I recommend Seif. Good luck!

Most gyms will have pilates and yoga classes...I personally like the facilities and classes @Power Hut the most!

@Power Hut has zumba classes for people of all levels. It is a lot of fun. If you want an all ladies gym though go to the ladies @Fitness First

I know an amazing PT but he only trains @Power Hut . He's done a great job with me and best of all he doesn't push you to the point you hate going to the gym.

Well when you say near 4th circle I consider that Abdoun and Shmeisani area, so there is of course @Fitness First Gym in Abdoun or @Power Hut in Shmeisani, haven't heard too much about this one but it is worth a shot @Club on Five

@Four Seasons Amman supposedly has a good gym but if you're not into that you can not too far to shmeisani and enjoy a decent gym experience with great equipment and some classes @Power Hut or in abdoun @One II One Gym gym for a more personal and smaller gym feel. good luck!
