Most gyms and diet centers offer advice and help when dealing with fitness/health. Off the top of my head I can think of @The NutriBox and @Primrose Healthy Shop when it comes to diet + fitness related advice. If you need just fitness advice then gym would be the ideal choice, check out @Gold's Gym or @Power Hut .

I really like the @Power Hut even though its not in Khalda (shmeissani :D) but the staff is very friendly and they always have good offers, their prices range from 60 per month for a 4 month membership to 50 or even less for a one year membership with 3 months free. Ask about their couples offer as well.

Well depends what you are looking for... @Fitness One Vega Vega is an amazing gym for their machines, variety of classes and trainers. Many love @Fitness First Gym because they are in prime locations, offer many classes and are considered fancier then others. There is also @Power Hut many love them for how clean they are, that they have a great community feel and a high focus on weight lifting. You could also consider @CrossFit QuickSand a lot of people are getting into the crossfit lifestyle. I recommend you go to the gyms you are considering and do a free day there to see what fits best for you
