Farah Abdoun - The office building adjacent to where Cozmo and Cafe Burger are located has a small office available. Contact @village drunk for more info, he let me know about it a while back and I believe it's still available. Check the map to see exactly where its at.

Rainbow St. or Jabal Weibdeh - If you're looking for a fun location, both Rainbow St. and Jabal Weibdeh have a bunch of offices that are reasonably priced for rent . Many are under 150sqm.

Rainbow street is definitely the cooler of the two but traffic can be a real pain in the ass especially during the early afternoon

I keep seeing this really nice glass building on the way to bayadir... I don't know how pricey or large the offices are but it may be worth asking. I don't have the number unfortunately but when you are going from abdoun to bayadir before the traffic lights it'll be on the side of the road. Its all glass, you won't miss it.
