You must go to @Sushi Studio they have the most delicious sushi and the freshest and their sashimi is to die for. Enjoy!
Where can I find the best Japanese food?
It depends what you're looking for but when it comes to sushi quality I think @Sushi Studio wins. In terms of variety I agree that will pretty much cover all your Japanese needs whether they be teppanyaki or sushi or whatever else you may crave. Not the best with warm sake though...cups are too big and the sake gets cold fast.

You can go to @Sushi Studio . It depends what you get, but most orders are three pieces each and are between 4-7 JDs
Where can I find a sushi place with conveyer belt style?
None in Amman yet I'm afraid :( you should check out @Sushi Studio if you're a fan of good Japanese food, but it can get a bit pricey.
