I suggest you get nail extensions. You can get gel extensions or polygel extensions ( I recoomend this ), which stops you from biting your nails and allows your actual nail to start growing underneath the extensions. A plus is that they'll make your hands looks so much prettier. My go-to place for extensions is @DeeDee 's beauty lounge

I struggled with the same problem. Keep them short and paint them so they look nice, it'll make you feel more guilty about biting them. Also try Nails to go. They have nail treatments to make them stronger and healthier. They're a home service spa. Here's their fb page: www.facebook.com/Nails2go.
