Where can I find the best all you can eat buffets?

There's so many different types though, do you have a specific type of food you're interested in? I went to an all you cant eat buffet for Sushi at the @Le Meridien Amman Hotel at @Benihana they have on Tuesdays only 7-11pm Open Buffet. Amazing food :) the price per person is 17JD ++ , there's other costs included such as Tax and Service Charge.
