Runners Across Jordan  
You can run with Runners Across Jordan in Dabouq. The only outdoor athletic day we hold is on Fridays (since we are working on a fitness program throughout the week). Fridays are a whole athletic day, starting with Running in the early morning in @Dabouq (دابوق) (distances range from 5 to 10 km in the summer), then we have breakfast. After that we go and play Basketball, Football, and Badminton. Exercise 6 days a week using a program called, Insanity (workout at your homes).
