Reconstructive surgery is usually included, it's done when there is damage to correct. but cosmetic might be needed as well to restore proper looks.

Unfortunately you can't find a health insurance that includes cosmetic surgeries , and for reconstructive surgeries, most health insurance include it depending on the damage.
