Where can I test if i have weakened immune system

I checked with signs of weakened immune system and I noticed i have some "except for 1 or 2 only" just to be on the safe side i wish to check my immune system if it's weak or not ..... This should tell me if i need to take vaccines more or not....

You should have these symptoms: cold, tummy troubles, wounds are slow to heal, tired all the time. Try boosting it this way; enough sleep, balanced diet, exercise, dont smoke, eat greens and protein
