You need a neurologist/psychaitrist prescription for it to be legal, and they usually never prescribe it if you’re over 18.

This is totally banned in Jordan due to the misuse of it and causes addition. You can use natural substitute, such as: Vitamin B-6 and magnesium, Ginkgo biloba, fish oil, flax seed...etc all of these are found in most pharmacies
