@Arabesq . The contemporary Arabic sweet-shop does entertainment like Coldstone Creamery. It is famous for the Syrian sticky ice cream Bakdash Booza and stocks sweets from around the Arab world. I've tried the ice cream and the baklava and I must say it did wow me :)

I recommend theknafeh at ewaan restaurant (Ewaan Lounge الإيوان ). It comes with the added advantage of all day dining. Luqaimat, another scrumptious sweet, is also recommended from this venue.
