It's very difficult especially with COVID-19, companies are firing their own employees with experience. So I don't think will find any. Plus; you are underage

I think your best bet is to ask for an internship, it probably won't be paid because of your age and what Santa said (companies cutting down on costs). but if it's the experience you're looking for, reach out to companies that are in line with what you want to do, and ask them for an internship opportunity.
