if you're into racing, you should go to @Dubai Racing Club it offers free general admission to a limited section within the Meydan Grandstand with a large number of seats available – and with great views too.

It’s a spectacular show and one that’s always a massive hit. Free. Sat-Thu 1pm & 1.30pm, Fri 1.30pm and 2pm, daily 6pm-11pm (every 30 mins).
