you should definitly go to Petra and Wadi Rum, or if you are looking for something for the day you can just go visit Um Qais and The Roman Theatre

You can go to Aqaba, you can either stay @Tala Bay Offices or you can rent an apartment in downtown Aqaba and pay entrance to swim @Ayla B12 Beach Club which is really beautiful, you can also go to the Dead Sea; my favourite hotel is @Hilton Dead Sea Resort & Spa but there a few other options you can check out

If you're into sports you should go to Wadi Rum they have: Jeep and camel tours, hot air balloon, hiking and lots of other activities, check the various sports that are provided in this link @The Royal Aero Sports Club of Jordan they are a bit pricey but definitely worth it

There is this place called @Ajloun Forest Reserve the view is spectacular especially at sunset. And there is a restaurant and a cookie house & I think there is horses.

I advise you to check out tourism groups instead of going to each area individually, they have several offers combining more than one area such as wadi rum and Aqaba. they'll also manage the transportation, guide and everything for a good price.
