There are lots of native speakers in Amman, but if you want to learn English from a native you can check @The British Council or if you want like a private tutor or just someone to hangout with, check out this FB page called “Expats in Amman” you can ask where to find native speakers and you will get your answer or just visit @Rumi Cafe you will definitely find expats there who are native speakers

there are a few expat groups on facebook you could check out, where people/ students look for tandem partners (language exchange partners) to practice their arabic predominantly. You could also strike up a conversation with a stranger at @Dali or @Amigo Pub and see where that takes you in terms of practicing a language.
