Hope you are ready for a journey to find these pills... I have a friend who had to use it and she had to go to several hospitals before finding one that would give it to her. They will say no and it's illegal but the more non conservative foreign hospitals can help you. If not then Google for the combination of birth control pills you can take and get at any pharmacy that act like the morning after pill. And the very last cause scenario is (and if you are able) to hope over to Tel Aviv or Jerusalem to get it.

Yes you don't need a prescription for a lot of things here in Jordan

I suggest you go to a hospital and see if they can give you one there, or maybe see a gynecologist who has them or can guide to a hospital or pharmacy that does.

Jordan just recently (March 2023) introduced the morning after pill (called Navela) to pharmacies… It costs about 9 JD. I don’t think you need a prescription for it as I was able to get it from a pharmacy in Lweibdeh without any problems (they had to order it in though so it took a couple hours) but if you do need a prescription call up some doctors, there should be someone willing to help. We spoke to a nice secretary on the phone who wanted to help, she said she didn’t think a prescription was needed but was willing to send one to the hospital for us if needed. It also might depend on what pharmacies you go to, Lweibdeh is one of the more liberal areas so that might have helped!
