@Jabri Restaurant - The knafeh "bayn narein" meaning between two fires provides you with double the crust which tastes wonderful. There's also a location between the 5th and 6th circles before Sweet Supermarket.

@Top And Top - Right beside this grocery store is an amazing place called Top Sweets. They have Knafeh that if you order "tiwsay" you will be surprised with the difference you'll taste. I did recommend Jabri in my earlier post but in my humble opinion this place beats every other place I've tried. It just tastes better and is much lighter than your conventional knafeh chain.
