You could get a membership @Sheraton Amman Al Nabil Hotel And Towers and swim there. They have indoor and outdoor lap pools.

Although you don't necessarily want a gym , I recommend @Fitness One Vega Vega, and their pool. For a possibly cheaper option, @King Hussein Sports City has indoor pools and will surely have a subscription.
