Go to @InterContinental Hotel they have a cafe there called Borj Al Hamam that is very fancy also you can check out @Landmark Amman Hotel they are pretty fancy and definitely expensive

I dont know about the expensive part but for fancy you need to go to @Fashion Cafe dont let the name fool you in is a great place to sit and relax
