There's a place in Sweifieh called Wakileh down the road from Breitling "Jaafar". They dont rent but they sell all kinds of suits for kids.

Film cameras unfortunately have dropped in price since the introduction of digital cameras especially DSLRs. Your best bet is probably the Facebook group or you may want to try an old Camera shop in Downtown a couple of blocks from El Joura. Good luck.
