The best location to enjoy the Supermoon is somewhere away from the city.. I would personally go to a place like @Panorama Restaurant or drive upwards towards Maain because its a mountainous spot and would definitely be great for skywatching.

You can do that at the @Panorama Restaurant Dead Sea.. Also @Carakale Brewing Company has this cool deck where you can have your own BBQ .. they provide everything you need to grill, including propane gas and utensils for the grill.You just need to bring food, plates, and silverware but its on certain days so you need to check them..

Drive out to @Panorama Cafe or if you'd rather stay close go try @Caffè Strada & @Turtle Green Tea Bar they are usually not overly packed and the indoor setting has people reading books or on the internet. Not too much talking.
