Your best bet is trying something from Eat Group. @Casereccio or @Azkadenya would definitely fit the bill. Another good choice is @Kababji because the food there is always great. If you want something a little more formal though, you'll have to pay the premium for it.

I think @Casereccio has reasonable prices and their pizza is really good, they also have a pasta trio that I often order when craving pasta. Their penne arrabbiata is delicious, so is the rose.

Eat Group restaurants are usually good if you'd like a restaurant that doesn't serve alcohol - that includes @Casereccio @Azkadenya @Café Social but I dont know if they are as elegant as you'd like - I have a feeling this is for a Valentine's dinner or something?
