Where can I find a kindergarden in Khalda?

Well there are a few in that area like @Sands National Academy also @English Talents School and of course @Amman Academy School I taught Kindergarten there last year and I can tell you that it is an amazing place for your child! Good luck in finding a Kindergarten because really it is so important :)

Where can I find a good kg with suitable prices?

That is a very difficult question because each school is different so it depends on what kind of educational plan you want. @Amman Academy School has a wonderful KG department (I would know I worked there) they follow the "PYP" system and teach 50/50 English & Arabic. Also if this is for your daughter @The Ahliyyah & Bishops Kindergarten is a very good school they also follow the "PYP" The International Baccalaureate system but they stress more on the Arabic. Those may not be what you consider suitable prices for KG but I promise you that KG is the most important grade because you are building the foundation. Good luck :)
