Where can I have a tattoo done on a 14-15 years old teenager for a good price?
I know it ain’t any of my business but a 14-15 year old isn’t done growing yet and a tattoo at that age will most probably deform in a couple of years or even less. I’d recommend a temporary 3-6 months tattoo.
