I haven't heard of any clubs but you can grab a bunch of your friends and head over to @MOG Underground where they have scrabble for you to play.

You can find people on FB that are interested in playing usually in the Expat Groups like today there are some guys playing at 7 p.m. @Al Hussein Gardens - You should also check @Orthodox Club a lot of people go to play there.
