Almost every car place in @Al Satwa would do the job for you, just go there and look for guys gathering around cars XD
Dont forget dubai police limitations on how much you tint, cause the guys in the shop will put as tinted as you want, but the police won't tolerate keeping it. Reflective chrome ones are banned if you were interested in.
