Well you can go to @SeaView Restaurant in Jumeirah, Order the Seagulls nest there! or @Sea Fu which is a bit pricy but it's absolutely worth it. There's a lounge called @101 Dining Lounge & Bar which has good food if you like lounges or @Fratelli La Bufala - pizzaioli emigrant if you like Italian food.
