Wish I could help but I doubt you'll find any Vietnamese restaurants in Jordan. The closest thing will probably be @Umami Asian Fusion which supposedly serves Asian Fusion basically their menu is a jumble of popular Japanese, Chinese and a few Thai dishes. The palette in this country isn't as refined as you'd imagine.
