I would recommend going the more natural route and getting organic ammonia free hair color! I have had my hair every color and it is not too damaged but any time you bleach your hair or actually do anything it damages it. I would say if you don't need to color then don't but if you are going to do anything then go to @Zen Beauty Lounge Instead of using bought-in products, most are made in-house using natural ingredients. Even the hair dye and nail varnish are vegan and free from chemicals!
