@Cozmo (the main branch) does sell some select organic fresh produce but it's very limited and you can't always find any. They do sell "Zorba" veggies which aren't organic, but they are naturally grown. They also sometimes have organic milk. They don't sell organic eggs yet but there are many local farmers that sell organic fruits, vegetables and eggs (Jabbok farms, Shams farmers market, Nour Al Baraka farmers market - check them out on facebook you can order from them all several times a week for delivery). For the most natural dairy products I'd go with Mistaka - also a small scale homemade artisanal cow and sheep dairy production that is only open on saturdays for three hours (11-2). You can follow all these people on FB to stay up to date with their schedules and locations because they're always changing. Hope this helps!
