@Cabana while usually known more for being a spot to eat or drink you can still enjoy some coffee while taking in the great ambience and views of Burj Khalifa. Not to mention the service and the shisha can be pretty good too!

Leopold's of London can be nice but JBR is far and so crowded so it's not really worth it

My absolute favourite place is @Fortnum & Mason it's like a little piece of London in Dubai :) I usually go there for their tea selection. If you get a spot outside you have a great view of the Burj but I will say without sounding too bad it's a classy place and can come off very girly
