Where can I find an Arab cafe where I don't have to smoke Argilah (even though it is offered)?
you aren't forced to smoke argileh anywhere...I mean it is definitely a very popular thing, but you do not have to give into peer pressure and smoke :D Some cool Arab cafes are @Jafra Restaurant & Cafe , @Darbuka Restaurant & Cafe or @Al Quds Restaurant. There's also @Old Sana'a Restaurant which is Yemeni food and they do not offer argileh, although it is very cheap food and tasty
Where can I get a good dinner and chat with friends on University St?
There is a delicious family owned place next to @Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) by the tunnel. I don't know what the name is though, but they have amazing biryani. You can also try @Pizza Hut , or another family owned place that a little further is @Old Sana'a Restaurant (by the north gate), it is not fancy but very good
