Where can I get my hair colored without having my hair damaged after hair color (it will be my first time to color my hair)?

I would recommend going the more natural route and getting organic ammonia free hair color! I have had my hair every color and it is not too damaged but any time you bleach your hair or actually do anything it damages it.
