well there is a place called @Beit Sitti they offer daily classes for traditional Arabic food if you're interested. It's cooking and dining at the same time. So you can join any day you want, but you need to book ahead. Each month they have a different food schedule. So check out their website. The cost of cooking in one day is 35 JD's and you need to join in a group to have this price. If you want solo class it will cost you 100 JD's, which honestly it's way to expensive.

This Thursday on April 26 @Beit Sitti are making maqloubeh. It tastes better than any restaurant honestly and its a great experience on its own because you get to prepare your own dish. They make maqloubeh almost on a weekly basis so just head to their page and check their weekly menu.
