@Romero has the best I've tried so far and that is by no means up to international standards. The cheese is wonderful, maybe they could do with adding a little more so that you can peel some off the edges of your bowl but the broth itself is slightly too thick. If it were just a bit more watery instead of thick it could pass for a pretty good onion soup.
