It depends on whether you want to retrieve them from an android or an Iphone, windows or mac ..etc just search for "retrieve deleted HQ photos" on google.com and you'll get many options. One thing to consider though, you might wanna refrain from using those free apps because they usually don't restore everything and if they do the photos will be distorted, cropped, or of a very low quality..it happened to me once so watch out.
