Maybe a kiosk @Souk Madinat Jumeirah you'll get good traffic of people & buyers. I tried to rent a one in the back days, ranges started from AED 18,000 to AED 25,000 per month depending on your location, way too cheaper than malls.

Do you mean a market with art? If so, check out @Arte Dubai ..It's an art market that is opened on Fridays.. Or do you want to see a market or art gallery separately?
