Actually if you dont mind hanging out by the street you can get free wifi provided by Zein on @Rainbow Street

Sorry, I didn't see the part about the coffee being your own! I'm not sure there are any 100% legit free wifi, but you probably can mooch off of wifi from Mcdonalds or Starbucks if you park near them.
