Depends, @Fitness First Gym in Abdoun has the reputation of being the best in Amman, though it is quite expensive, it's in the nicest neighborhood in the city and has a very pleasant feel to it, it attracts lots of foreigners as well, shouldn't be a bad trip for you to check it out.

If you're looking for a great and fun workout - try @K.O. Boxing Gym very friendly and fun atmosphere! it's a boxing gym though!
