Since you're coming from al jubeiha, the fastest way is to continue to al madina al munawara street, then waha circle and all the way to khalda. The taxi driver can get you from dahiet al rasheed too (between houses) so he can prevent traffic. Just get an uber/careem, they won't fraud you

Take an uber and then if they rip you off you can get a refund directly from uber.
