you can go to a nearby friendly butcher they have something to fix their knives they should help u

There is an old lady that sits on the side walk near the small circle before Khaldi Hospital, she is there every day and has a knife sharpening tool. She is super friendly and needs the money, she doesn't ask for much (whatever you give her she is grateful for)
