The going rate for a housing loan from the @The Arab Bank is generally 8.25% annually, with an expected downpayment of at least 10% (which is what most banks expect). If you can't qualify for a housing loan, the personal loan rate is 11.25%. Again your case will be studied on a specific basis and you may qualify for a better rate or a smaller downpayment amount.
