@Fitness First Gym - i would really really recommend Fitness First, it changed my life! the gym is beautiful and the employees are so nice! (as long as you stick to the rules).. they have three branches (Mecca Mall, Abdoun, and Shmeisani) so pick whichever is closer to you house or workplace! I used to work in shmeisani, and i used to work out right after work to kill traffic time(tip if u work around the area)... but even if there wasnt one close to your home/work, i would really recommend it

oh about being crowded.. i never found it crowded, maybe it's because i dont go in peak times.. but all of my male friend go during peak times and they never complained! I believe that having 3 branches and having a reallly big space makes it not crowded at all
