there are not really zoos in Jordan...at least none that are like zoos in other countries. @Prince Hashim Birds Park has some monkeys and birds, but that's about it :/

@Al Hussein Gardens (where the Automobile Museum and children's museums are) is a nice picnic area. @King Hussein Sports City (or youth city) is nice for picnics too but does not have a scenic view (both are free entry). Kids would like @Prince Hashim Birds Park but no scenic view and the fee is cheap (20 qirsh per adult). @Wild Jordan Center is nice but quite expensive and not too kid-friendly.
