@Crossfit Crescent is very close to Abdoun. Friendly atmosphere and awesome coaches. I know there are 15 and 16 year old that go there. Definitely check it out.

@Desert Force Training Center is the name of a Jui Jitsu club that trains both genders starting young ages. They don't offer Crossfit for kids but @Crossfit Crescent does for both genders too
