@Latino di Roma Caffé This is a real artisanal Italian gelato (not ice-cream) produced by an Italian family in accordance with the nationally recognized Italian criteria for the "gelato artigianale" with fresh milk, fresh fruits, low fat and no chemicals. ALL types of fruit gelato are water-based; no milk at all.
