The Garment District - This place is great for lots of awesome cheap goodies. Just need to take some time to explore!I I think that the by the lb deal they have on the first floor might be successful for finding just the right ugly sweater :)

The Garment District - This consignment shop has to be the most prime spot for hideously beautiful sweaters, perfect for any Christmas party. You are likely to find something from the early 70's in that place if you look hard enough.. how much better could you get!?
